We hosted another education form and we covered a lot, from forced labor in the Uyghur (WEE-ger) region of China to luxury conglomerate Kering’s ongoing profit and loss reports on environmental traceability. Ben Tomkins from Oritain helped explain how Oritain uses isotopic testing to trace and prove where Supima® cotton is from and how the apparel industry is seeing a necessary demand for the ability to prove points of origin for the raw materials in their supply chain.
