As an Internal Sales and Business Development Associate at Original Favorites, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic team, dedicated to driving business growth through active engagement with our B2B wholesale clients. Your primary focus will be as a point of contact and resource for our wholesale clients, where you'll leverage your communication and organizational skills to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines and their applications within the apparel industry.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities within our existing network of clients and assist with new client onboarding.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer them effective solutions.
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional data in our CRM system, Salesforce.
Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and execute strategies that help generate additional business.
Provide exceptional customer service while handling client inquiries or complaints.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the team to meet targets and objectives.
Attend seasonal trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and maintain client relationships.
Provide feedback from clients to enhance product development and operational structure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven track record of success in the apparel, promotional products or fashion industries.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation experience.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience working with CRM systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong listening and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Hiring Range: $60,000.00 - $80,00.00
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00
