Starting with the Right Materials
Our solution began with material selection and a design built around lasting comfort. We paired our existing Supima cotton long-sleeve with a custom-designed, wide-leg pajama bottom, creating a coordinated set that feels relaxed and cohesive. Made from 100% Supima cotton, both pieces offer the softness and smooth hand feel associated with this premium, extra-long-staple fiber. Its longer fibers also contribute to durability and resistance to pilling, supporting a garment designed to be worn and enjoyed well beyond a single appointment.
Customizing For The Experience
The MRI experience informed the set's overall approach to comfort and versatility. Rather than developing a garment intended solely for use in a medical environment, we focused on creating a relaxed, wearable silhouette that patients could feel comfortable in during their appointments and continue wearing at home. The wide-leg bottom complements the existing long-sleeve, creating an easygoing fit that transitions naturally from the clinical setting to everyday lounging.
